The Camp at Narragansett, located at 170 Clarke Road, is a summer favorite for girls and boys, ages groups 5-8 & 9-12 years old. The camp offers a summer full of activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and weekly field trips which include trips to the Town Beach. All 5 year olds must have completed kindergarten. Registration will begin May 1st. Birth Certificate required at the time of registration. Full payment due at registration in the Recreation Office prior to session. Sign up early, there is limited space in each age group. Field trips (subject to change) include Paw Sox game, Spring Lake, Water Wiz Cape Cod, Southwick's Zoo, Launch, Adventureland, Lazer Gate, Providence Children's Museum, Rock Spot & Mystic Aquarium.

The Town of Narragansett is partnering with the Rhode Island Rivers Council to host the 14th Annual Environmental Awareness Day at the Narragansett Town Beach. Environmental organizations from all over the State set up information displays and talk to beach - goers about RI's natural resources and offer fun and educational activities for kids.
This event is dedicated to raising awareness toward Ocean & Sun Safety. 3 & 5 Mile Open Paddle Races - Stand Up & Prone. Interactive Lifesaving & Sun Awareness Tents. Hosted by Narragansett Surf Rescue & Raw Elements Sunscreen.
